Keep in mind that emotions are energy. In that light, this session may include conversations about your relationships, work environment, family, friends, and anyone or anything that might be affecting your energy, and how to engage safely and effectively without losing yourself - and your precious energy - in the process. You are in charge of the conversation, which gives you the power to determine what needs your attention at all times.

120-minute personalized session including coaching, consultancy, and sound therapy. Great for people who feel overwhelmed, have burnout, or simply feel the need for a small retreat.

90-minute private outdoor group sound bath at our beautiful Garden of Life venue 6-25 people). Only available on Fridays or Saturdays starting at 6 pm. All private sessions include a goody bag with earplugs and a sleep mask, intention cards, a snack, and tea or refreshing fruit water. We also offer yoga mats, a clean beach towel, and a pillow for use to all attendees. Special recliner chairs (max 2) or massage tables (max 2) are available for people unable to lie down on a mat. Be sure to let us know in advance. If you wish to use one of our special themes as the theme for your private group sound bath, be sure to mention that in our special requests section.

Please note that Special Theme Sessions are special sessions designed by Desiree. They can not be customized or personalized.
