Sound Therapy, also known as sound healing, is a deeply relaxing method that uses soothing tones from instruments such as gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rattles, and tuning forks to support your overall wellness.
Rather than focusing on doing, this experience invites you to simply rest. As the sounds gently surround you, your body begins to unwind, your breathing slows, and your mind becomes quieter.
This natural shift helps release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of ease throughout the body.
During a sound bath (another name for a sound therapy session), you lie back comfortably while the tones wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation where stress can soften and your system can reset.
There is nothing you need to do. Simply receiving the sounds allows your body and mind to return to a more balanced, calm, and restored state.
It depends on the condition you have. Clients are asked to complete a confidential questionnaire detailing their medical history to ensure a safe and personalized healing experience. It is crucial to be open and honest when disclosing any health conditions, as certain medical issues may be contraindications for Sound Therapy. These include epilepsy, particularly if triggered by music or rhythmic patterns; severe mental health conditions such as unmanaged bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis; the presence of pacemakers or other electronic or metal implants that could be affected by sound frequencies; and a first-trimester / high-risk pregnancy, as sound healing practice may be too intense for the developing fetus. By sharing information, our practitioner can tailor sessions appropriately or advise alternative approaches, ensuring both safety and therapeutic effectiveness.
Coaching is a supportive, guided conversation that gives you space to slow down, reflect, make sense of what you’re experiencing and find solutions to specific challenges.
In a calm and non-judgmental setting, you are invited to explore your thoughts and emotions more deeply, helping you gain clarity and reconnect with what feels right for you.
Holistic Wellness Coaching looks at the full picture of your wellbeing: your thoughts, emotions, physical state, and daily life such as romantic and family relationships and work challenges rather than focusing on just one topic. It supports you in creating more balance and ease in your life by gently uncovering patterns, habits, and inner pressures that may be contributing to stress or feeling overwhelmed.
Within this work, coaching becomes a natural extension of the relaxation experience. As your body begins to settle and your mind becomes clearer, coaching helps you carry that sense of calm into your everyday life. It supports you in developing healthier ways of thinking, responding, and caring for yourself, so the sense of balance you experience during sessions can become more stable and lasting over time.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often described as “yogic sleep,” where the body rests deeply while the mind remains gently aware. Typically done lying down, it leads you through stages such as breath awareness, body scanning, visualization, and intention-setting to help shift the nervous system out of stress mode and into deep relaxation. Unlike ordinary sleep, the goal is to maintain a thread of consciousness while entering a state between waking and sleeping, which many people use to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, support emotional balance, and enhance focus. This session combines guided Yoga Nidra meditation with sound elements designed to support deep rest and relaxation. But even all by itself, Yoga Nidra leaves people feeling unusually rested and mentally clear.
Sonic breathwork is a guided wellness practice that combines intentional breathing techniques with sound produced by the voice and by instruments, to support relaxation, focus, and emotional balance. By pairing rhythmic breathing with sound and vibration, the practice aims to help regulate the nervous system and create a calming, meditative experience. People often use sonic breathwork to reduce stress, improve mindfulness, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies and emotions.
Biomagnetic Pair Therapy is a new service that will be introduced in July 2026. It is an alternative healing practice developed by Mexican physician Isaac Goiz Durán that involves placing pairs of static magnets with opposite polarities on specific areas of the body. The magnets help restore the body’s pH balance, reduce inflammation, and address infections or chronic illnesses by influencing magnetic fields within tissues. Sessions usually involve muscle testing or body scanning to identify imbalances before magnet pairs are applied for 8 minutes at a time.
Yes I do.
I have a Sound Therapy session for couples. If you are interested, go to: Special Theme Sound Therapy Sessions and choose Soulmate Serenade.
If you are asking about couples coaching, yes, I also do that. However, there is one requirement before a couple session can be booked. Each person must have attended at least 3 personal holistic wellness coaching sessions, where we work on self-reflection, self-awareness, self-accountability and self-responsibility and anything else that might be going on a personal level, that might be impacting the relationship. When each one feels ready, we can come together to work on the relationship.
Yes, I offer private group (also known as group sound bath) and open group (also known as group sound journey) sessions. Group sound baths can be booked on the services page of the website, while group sound journeys and other group sessions are announced on our Instagram page @sonicaura_wellness and Facebook page Sonic Aura Wellness Studio.
