90-minute session. This session is aimed at bringing the body from an alert, hypervigilant state into a rest, digest, and restore state. Includes a hands-on nervous system regulation session, followed by body tuning & biofield resonance therapy. Great for people who want to manage chronic stress, anxiety, or fear, and best when done in a sequence of sessions so the body can learn how to adjust and regulate. Your first session includes an intake, so we can get an understanding of your particular situation and how to continue from there.

4-hour mini retreat. Treat yourself to a half-day pause to rest, restore, and reset. Immerse yourself in calming sounds, guided rest, and nourishing practices that help restore your energy and return you to inner balance. We offer a free online intake for this mini-retreat, so Desiree can tailor and prepare for your retreat according to what you need most at the moment, which may include sound therapy, hands-on nervous system regulation, integrative coaching, yoga nidra, nada yoga, breathwork, biomagnetic therapy (starting Jan 2027), or other holistic wellness practices, which will be discussed with you before tailoring your session. The retreat finishes with 30 minutes of uninterrupted rest, while you listen to our special Golden Ratio frequency therapy track, followed by 30 minutes for returning to full consciousness and integration.
